Our hand-built, entirely mechanical Street Organ always fascinates people of all ages.
It’s lovely, fun sound is complimented by its intricate hand-painted façade. A variety of music rolls are available; from traditional organ music to ABBA & other more recent styles.
Franko recently designed & built a fully-animated choir of Toy Soldiers to sit atop the organ. Each one is linked by air power alone to a different note, and their mouths open in time with the music, creating wonder & delight. Passers-by also have the opportunity to look inside & see the workings too; as it contains no electronics at all, it’s entirely mechanical.
